INTRODUCTION


Welcome to the Quixchat documentation center! Quixchat is the leading customer support and helpdesk solution for B2B technology companies and we pride ourselves in the support we provide to our customers. Another great resource we offer is help directly from the application – You can go to the upper right corner in the TeamSupport app and select to either chat with our support staff or go directly to our Support Portal.

GETTING STARTED


QuixChat will allow you to build Your Chat Button with Advanced AI Based Automated Chat System. Show some automatic generated suggestions or questions with solution to your visitors to give them a feeling like they are communicated with our system. QuixChat allow you to connect with your visitors with an automatic chat tool.

KEY FEATURES


Easy To Customize

Customize your chat button/window by using your choice of colour scheme. You can change the whole colour scheme, text colors, button colours and link colors of your choice to match your brand/website or logo colors.

Automatic System Based Conversation

This is one of the most popular and convenient feature we offer. You can setup FAQ’s, Most frequent users queries, suggestions to customers along with their answers. You also have full control to manage the hierarchy of these questions/queries or suggestions. Manage this section as per your requirements and your website visitor will view them once they start chatting with you.

Branding Control

Use your own company or agency logo to get more professional feel. Remove “QuixChat” Branding text and “Get Button” link.

TOOLS & CONFIGURATION


Configure your chat button using the “Tools & Configuration” Settings.

1. Choose Popular Messenger Icons: - Select the below popular messenger or, Communication tools (Maximum up to 6) and configure them.

  • Facebook: Click on this icon, it will ask you your Facebook page Link. Click on "Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Whatsapp: Click on this icon, it will ask you your Whatsapp number with country Code. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Telegram: Click on this icon and enter your “Telegram” account username. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Viber: Click on this icon and enter your “Viber” account username. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Line: Click on this icon and enter your “Line” account QR Code. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Snapchat: Click on this icon and enter your “Snapchat” account username. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • WeChat: Click on this icon and enter your “WeChat” account ID. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Vkontakte: Click on this icon and enter your “Vkontakte” page name. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Skype: Click on this icon and enter your “Skype” username. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Gmail: Click on this icon and enter your “Gmail” ID (example: [email protected]). Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • Call: Gmail: Click on this icon and enter your “Phone No” with Country code. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.
  • SMS: Click on this icon and enter your “Phone No” with Country code with receive SMS. Click on “Add” and “Remove” button if you want to add this on your chat button or want to remove it from as per your requirements.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR BUTTON


You can customize your chat button and window look and feel by using these settings.

  • Department/Company/Agent Name: Enter a suitable name Title for Chat Button (Window), it will be visible on the top of Chat Box. You can enter your department/company/agent name or anything you like.
  • Chat Subtitle/Tagline: Enter a Subtitle for your chat button. It can be your tagline. It will be visible just after the main title. Use it as per your requirements.
  • Welcome Message: Use a welcome text message as greetings for your website visitors. They will see this welcome message once they open they click on your chat button.
  • Button / Theme Color: You can manage your chat button/window primary color skin as per your need. Select a color of your choice or use color hex code.
  • Button / Theme Text Color: You can manage the message icons color chat by using this setting. Select a color of your choice or use color hex code.
  • Theme Link Color: Similar way change or manage the color of links used on chat button or box.

ENTER CHAT QUESTIONS OR FAQ!


This section will allow you to create few questions/suggestions or Faqs which will be visible on chat window once any user try to chat with

  • Click to "Add Question" and create new question after creating arrange your question and sub questions.

GET 2X SALES & ANALYTICS WITH


  • Chat Window: Select option “Open Chat Window on Page Load!” if you wish to open the whole chat box on page load event.
  • Company Logo: Use your business/company or any other logo to get more professional feel.
  • Disable Branding: Use this option if you wish to remove “Powered By QuixChat” message and “Get Button” link below the chat button.

SUBMIT EMAIL & WEBSITE

Provide your website link and your email details.


  • Email Address: Enter your email address
  • Your website (Domain Name): Enter your website link or URL

GET FREE/ PRO BUTTON:


By Clicking on this button you will get a code to integrate on your website

Click on “GET FREE BUTTON” OR “GET PRO BUTTON” to get code to integrate on your website. It will integrate QuixChat on your website.


  • Global Code for all websites (HTML CODE): You can use this code on all type of websites. Just Copy this code and paste it on your website all pages just before the </body> tag. Quixchat button/window will be integrate on your website instantly.
  • WordPress website: If you having a WordPress website, we have developed a dedicated plugin for this. Please follow the below steps:
    • Copy and Save “Base ID”
    • Copy and Save “Licence Key”
    • Login to you WordPress website admin panel and go to “Plugins” section.
    • Download the plugin from wordpress repository
    • Click on “Add New” option under plugin option, Select plugin file from downloaded location and finally activate it.
    • If you want to show plugin on every page in your website, select “Everywhere” option under “Shown In” dropdown
    • If you want to show plugin on some specific page on your website, select “Specific Page” option under “Shown In” dropdown
      • Copy shortcode [IT_QUIXCHAT] and use it on desired selected page
    • Fill “Base ID” and “Licence Key” copied on earlier steps.
